Great location in the heart of the city near shopping areas. The hotel facilities are clean and impressive, with a beautiful swimming pool and well-equipped gym. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is good for its price. Staff is also helpfull. Location could be the best in Ningbo.

I wouldn't clasify the hotel more than 4*. Its a budget 5* I think. Hotel genarally and rooms are quite old. Doesn't make you feel like you are staying is a 5*. Wi-Fi signal is poor in the reception area.

Relatively good knowledge of englisch for peronal and kind handling from its side....

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the service was impeccable and the exclusive amenities were exactly what we needed for a luxurious experience. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and health club were top-notch. the private facilities were extremely convenient and made us feel like royalty. the catering service and restaurant buffet surpassed our expectations.

the lack of karaoke or night club here didn't bother us but may be a con for others.

Location was good, checkin staff all good. TV choice better than other hotels I've visited in China. Bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast and they let us know when they were finishing up so we could load up some more!

We arrived late and had a meal which was below average, our choice of wine was not available and the main course came out with the starter, which I hate. I asked for a smoking room and did not have one and the windows would not open one bit, which was irritating. Bathroom looked tired, old tiles with discoloured grout. Drinking water tap did not work properly.

Room is big, clean and comfortable but not worth 5 star rating.

Great value for money! The room rates were incredibly low for the quality, you can't beat the price. The location is quite central as well and within walking distance to many attractions. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was quite run-down. The rooms were old and in need of renovation.

Great location to explore Ningbo ,as short distance to Tihany square and also to 7 Pagode Temple.We could check in even was very early.Clerk Staff was very friendly.Room was very clean and breakfast was also very good

Booked a de luxe river view room but first got a city view room and even after changing the room to river view room guess anyway not got what we booked because the room the gave us looked not like picture at Booked.net but as a lower category.Bathroom very small for 5* Hotel.

Spent my Christmas at a hotel with amazing river views that made the night magical. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast buffet and the beds were exceptionally plush and soft. The location is undoubtedly the cherry on top. Right in the heart of the shopping district and great restaurants nearby, the hotel made it easy to enjoy all that the city had to offer.

The room was dated in design and could use modernization. The bathroom was particularly grungy. Additionally, the staff could have been more fluent in English, which caused some communication issues. Despite these flaws, the overall experience was a pleasant one.

It was not as clean and convenient as it should be, the pool was really terrible and break fast was not adequate for a 5 star hotel especially western breakfast wasn't good.

A high standard was maintained throughout the hotel and it was a pleasant place to stay during my visit.

The Italian restaurant was not open. I would want to know this was available before returning.
